You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, including your name, contact details, pet details, address, and specific service requirements. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in service delays or cancellation.

3.3 Emergency Services

For emergency pickups and ambulance services, we will make every reasonable effort to respond as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and availability of personnel.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Transparent Pricing

We are committed to transparent pricing. All service charges will be communicated to you clearly before services commence. You will not be charged any amount that was not agreed upon in advance.

4.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for services beyond the originally agreed scope, including but not limited to extended distances, additional rituals, or special requirements requested at the time of service. These will be discussed and agreed upon before being applied.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other commonly available payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked service, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellations made before service has commenced may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on costs already incurred.

5.2 Service Commencement

Once a service has commenced (including pickup of the pet, preparation of rituals, or deployment of the ambulance team), cancellations may not be eligible for a refund as costs would have already been incurred.

5.3 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a service in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, natural calamities, or inability to reach the specified location. In such cases, any advance payments made will be refunded in full.
